I have noticed changes in a few symptoms

I have been taking Promensil Perimenopause and I have been noticing improvement on my mood swings, my stress levels, and recently my sleeping pattern is improving. I am going to continue taking them b3cause I am noticing improvement on symptoms.

This was my first time trying something for my menopause and it helped take the edge off of hot flashes and bloating I had issues with. I noticed that they happened less frequently and werent as adverse on me. The bloating still occurred but it happened less around the time I took these and when I ate healthier.
