I have noticed changes in a few symptoms

I have been taking Promensil Perimenopause and I have been noticing improvement on my mood swings, my stress levels, and recently my sleeping pattern is improving. I am going to continue taking them b3cause I am noticing improvement on symptoms.

I didn't experience any changes

After trying the sample of Promensil Perimenopause supplement I did not feel or see any difference in my menopause symptoms or in my skin, hair or nails. I'm unsure if it may be because I have only taken 30 days of the supplement and I may need to take it longer to see a result. At this time I wouldn't recommend this supplement but that may change if taken for a longer period of time.

Love my hair and nails

So far I am noticing a very good improvement in my hair skin and nails. I know there are many other great things to come from this, I just think it needs longer than a month for them all to come out.

I think it was a fluke...

So to start out my review, you should know that I was very sick during this time, got better and got sick again with a different illness and this may have attributed to how the product worked for me. I was unable to be consistent with it because I was sick so much, but I tried my best. I was sick in October, got better and a few days later, ended up with the heaviest, most painful period yet since being in perimenopause. I almost went to the hospital but didn't - I think I may have fibroids. Anyway, I took the product as consistently as possible and there was not a very noticeable difference. I really do think that is due to being sick and because my periods are in the process of changing the last little while, so I think that has affected it. I don't know what to say, but I think this is just a fluke and my review shouldn't be taken very seriously. I want to give it another shot, honestly because so much was going on during the time that I used it. I can't recommend against it or for it fairly, but this is my review. The product was easy to use and understand the instructions. I think everyone should try it for themselves before taking my review into account. I received a free product for this review.

Great product!

This is a great product for woman who are dealing with brittle nails and hair thinning from menopausal. I felt a huge difference when taking this and could also see a difference as well

Convenient

Promensil Peri Menopause dietary supplement is very convenient and easy to take, just one tablet every morning. The product has really helped me sleep better at night. My hair and nails also seem stronger.

Helped at first.

After the furst week of taking the Promensil Perimenopause, I noticed it was helping with my Perimenopause symptoms that I had been experiencing, like hot flashes and night sweats. I also noticed that my hair and nails did slightly improve. But closer to the end of the month of taking it, it started to ween and wasn't fully helping like it did in the beginning. I think with a little tweak, it would be more effective.
