This tea i received as a sample packet. It is organic made with green tea, lemon oil flavor, cardomom pod, licorice root and tumeric. This herbal cup of tea is nice before bedtime. Very light in taste.

i received a free sample of this tea because i heard that tumeric is good for you. If you like the taste of tumeric this is the tea for you. it was supposed to have green tea and citrus fruit mixed in but i couldnt taste them after steeping the tea bag for 10 minutes. they suggested up to 15. i have had other tumeric teas with better flavours.
