I absolutely love this serum because it’s so lightweight — it literally feels like water, but still delivers everything my 40+ skin needs. It layers perfectly under moisturizer and makeup, giving the smoothest, most hydrated base. Highly recommend!

Solid Serum

What I like about this product is that it contains good active ingredients like marine collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and ceramides; all ingredients I’d like to see in skincare that I’m using in my 30s. I also love that this is a Canadian brand that is actually made in Canada. What I personally dislike is the texture. It feels and looks like water, which kind of makes me feel like I’m not putting anything on my skin. That being said, I think most people will like that it feels so light. It is also fairly expensive coming in at $87.95 for a 50mL bottle, but I’m willing to overlook price because it’s made domestically. Overall, this serum is worth the price.

Lightweight hydration that feels so gentle

I’ve really been enjoying this serum. It feels lightweight but still gives that soft, hydrated, slightly plumped feeling right away. My skin leans sensitive and I’m on medication that causes dryness, so I’m always careful with new products, but this didn’t irritate anything. It actually felt soothing.

After a few uses my skin looked a bit brighter and makeup sat nicer on top. I love that it adds moisture without feeling greasy and layers well with the rest of my routine. A really lovely, gentle addition to my skincare.

Great collagen serum

Winter arrived and my skin instantly turned dry and tight.
I tried this serum And honestly? My skin has been looking glowier and way less dry.

I love that it’s lightweight, absorbs fast and you only need a tiny amount.
It has marine collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and ceramides, so it gives that soft, hydrated feeling my skin really needed right now.

Not promising miracles here, but I am seeing my skin look smoother and more comfortable in the cold.

Great, Even for Skincare Newbies with Sensitive Sk

I’ve been using the Pure + Simple Collagen Elastin Plus Serum, and honestly, it surprised me in the best way. The texture is super lightweight but still feels really nourishing, and it sinks into my skin almost immediately. No stickiness, no pilling — just a smooth, hydrated base.

The mix of marine collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and botanical extracts makes such a noticeable difference. Right after applying it, my skin feels calmer and refreshed, but the real results showed up after a few days of consistent use. My skin looks plumper, feels bouncier, and the overall texture is smoother.

What I love most is how hydrated my skin stays throughout the day. The ceramides definitely help with that “stronger skin barrier” feeling, and the hyaluronic acid gives that fresh, dewy glow without making me look oily.

Ever since I walked into Pure and Simple products I have been using their skincare line. I love it for several reasons, one of which being it's natural. I also love that it's made in Canada and that the owner of the spa (Kristen Ma) truly stands behind what she sells.

This serum is part of my regime that I did NOT purchase the first time I had a facial. I am SO glad I bought it the second time. It is totally worth the price and a little goes a long way. Here is what the website says about this serum:
