I like the ingredients but the taste was bland

I like the fact that I can see all the ingredients -- quinoa, beans, etc. But the taste was kind of bland. I guess because it's plant-based, but if there was some type of hummus along with it it would have tasted a lot more flavourful and easy to eat. I would however recommend it to a friend just because it's very healthy and if you can get past the blandness it could be great, especially if you're able to modify it by using your own hummus for example.
