One of the better Quest bars

With a lot of Quest bar flavours, it can be a hit or miss. Most Quest bars are extremely tough to chew but I found that the birthday cake flavour is one of the more softer ones. Additionally, compared to other flavours, it is one of the few that also has an extra coating, similarly to a white chocolate or icing flavour, with some slight sprinkles mixed within. The bar overall is very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth, this might be a good option. I wouldn't say the bar necessarily tastes like birthday cake but it's good and sweet. Finally, this is one of the lower calorie Quest bar flavours, as most are around ~200-210, but this one is 180. High protein, high fiber - would recommend if you can find it on special.

These are my go to bars for so many things and yes it tastes like a slice of cake! Net 4 carbs means it’s Keto friendly too. It allows me to have something to eat when I’m on the go and can’t take food with me and I always have one in my purse or bag. This is one of my fave flavors, but there are so many good ones!

Good protein bar!

These Quest protein bars are some of the best tasting protein bars I’ve tried. This Birthday Cake flavor bar is my favorite of their bars so far. It has 21 grams of protein, 4 grams net carbs, less than 1 gram of sugar and 14 grams of fiber per bar! This is a great protein bar for most diets or lifestyle nutritions. The taste is only a 4 because I’ve never tasted a protein bar I though tasted amazing. This is one of the best I’ve tried but because it is healthy it still has that weird healthy protein taste. I am not a huge fan of protein bars because they don’t usually taste good but I do purchase these a few times a week. Simply because they are good for being healthy and they do tend to fill me up, so I’m not in the kitchen trying to snack on something 15 minutes later!

Gets me through the day

I love birthday cake bar the most because I'm a sucker for the real thing. I can have a bar in the afternoon and not feel guilty about it.. the texture is good and I love the sweet coating on it. If you haven't tried it, it's a must.

One of the best tasting protein bars

Excellent taste for a bar, but look for them on sale. It's not worth the money if you're simply looking for something as a post workout snack. Nutritionally, pack up a shaker with powder or eat a real meal.

Tastes great for a protein bar

The birthday cake flavour actually tastes pretty good for a protein bar! It's not too grainy like other ones too. Probably one of the better protein bars I've had. Felt quite filled after it as well.

Best flavour!

I normally gag at the thought of protein bars, but this one is awesome. No chalky, chemical tastes. The texture is great. And it actually tastes what it is supposed to taste like!

Perfect for a healthy treat

I love that these bars don’t have very many net carbs. They taste delicious too! When someone brings cake to work and I have to choose between “a crumb and a smear of icing” or a birthday cake quest bar, I would choose the quest bar every time.

This bar is 180 calories and contains 21 grams of protein and 14 grams (56%) fibre. .This bar looks like a vanilla confetti birthday cake. There is a vanilla frosting, which has colourful sprinkles throughout. The coating on the bar is unusual for Quest bars. The frosted coating has a vanilla buttercream birthday cake flavour. This bar has a vanilla base with a strong vanilla birthday cake flavour. The bar is thick, dense, and chewy.. The overall bar is sweet and has a decadent, buttery vanilla birthday cake taste to it. When the bar is heated it loses a lot of its birthday cake taste but there is still a vanilla flavor and some sweetness. The texture of the bar when heated in the microwave is soft and so delicious!!
