Real lemon

Personally, I do not like this product. I only use fresh lemons. They keep well and the half I don't use when I slice one, I wrap in foil and refrigerate. Stays great. This product sells well I understand but not for me.

It doesn't taste like lemon, just sour

I'm a big proponent of using fresh fruits and vegetables. Of course I say this living in southern California where there's a large lemon tree on almost every block and usually free lemons to be had.
I live in Las Vegas now, so I don't always have access to fresh fruit. I bought this for a dish I was making. This stuff was just vile. It doesn't taste like lemons, it tastes like sour chemicals. I'd say it tastes like what lemon-scented soap smells like.
Nope. One and done for me. I'd rather put in frozen lemonade from a can than this.
