One of my favourites for sure! I really like the package, the price is very good, it is well pigmented, easy to apply, easy to remove, and long lasting. I love it, and I would definitely buy it again!

Revlon Colorstay Liquid eyeliner is easy to apply, looks great, bold, stays on all day, does not smudge. This is absolutely my favorite and only eyeliner that I buy. Highly recommend!

Is not 16hrs

I'm always out to find the best eyeliner for my oily eyelids that won't break the budget but this one is not it. After the first 5 minutes it smudged making me have raccoon eyes for days.
