To start off, I can't take credit for finding this particular product. I was looking on YouTube for makeup tutorials, and one specific one suggested Ruby Kisses 24HR Eye Define eyeliner in the shade "White Out," which is precisely what it sounds like: white eyeliner.
In short, it's a beautiful product. I've never used or even heard of Ruby Kisses prior to seeing this video or trying this product, but if this eyeliner is any indication of the brand's overall quality, I'm definitely impressed. The pencil is retractable, so there is no sharpening required. Also, the liner itself is very bold and creamy. You might have to go over your eyelids twice for the full effect, but once it's down, it does not come off. This is one of a precious few cosmetics I've tried that boasted 24-hour wear and actually lived up to it. It's also waterproof and smudge-proof. If you want to smudge it, do it immediately after applying it. Otherwise, it won't budge - I tried.
I operated under the impression that since black eyeliners don't stay on my eyelids for very long, a light white eyeliner would fade off even faster. Boy, was I wrong! White Out stayed on my lower lids all day and through my falling asleep with it on. It even takes a little effort to get it off. Personally, I use this just on my lower eyelids to perk up my eyes, and I also dot it in the inner corners of my eyes like an eye brightener and it does a fantastic job. Eye Define comes in six different colors (black, brown, turquoise, gold, white and purple), and if their black eyeliner is as gorgeous as their white one, I'll certainly be switching from Avon to Ruby Kisses.
Truly, I'm shocked at the quality of this eyeliner at a mere $2. I've paid $10 for eyeliners in the past that didn't work this well, and I can't praise Ruby Kisses Eye Define enough. Give it a try, as I think you'll be equally impressed.
