It's a gel oil that can be applied with a brush directly from the tube. Very very greasy and doesn't absorb well. Somehow ends up being messy even if you only use the brush to apply it, without touching it or massaging.

It only helped minimally with my cuticles, which ended up being weirdly less cracked but somehow more taut and dry (!?). I used it daily for a month before giving up on it. I don't like throwing stuff away so usually patiently use a product up all the way... this thing was in the garbage at about 60% used.

The price isn't bad but i won't be using it again.
