Absolutely delicious!!

I really truly enjoyed this coffee from Saltwinds Coffee! It was so delicious in the mornings before work. I used the beans to make cappuccinos, espresso, mochachinos etc. My parents, who are avid coffee drinkers, also very much enjoyed it and said the flavour was great. I also love the brand story and roasting techniques which are super interesting and make for a delicious cup of coffee with rich flavour.

Smooth and bold taste

I am normally not a dark roast coffee person but I wanted to try this one. I like the whole company idea and doing something a little different. I like that it's Canadian and they have fun names for their coffee roasts. I made this in my moka pot and added creamer to it and loved it. It's smooth and not bitter and tastes so good. Definitely a great made coffee and one that i would buy again. It gave me a great burst of energy to start the day.

Rich taste

I was impressed by the rich yet non-bitter taste of this coffee. I wasn't expecting to taste the dark chocolate undertones, but the taste is definitely there, and I love it! I'm so excited to try all the flavors. It's just as good as a latte as it is as an espresso, so I'm confident everyone can enjoy it according to their tastes. What makes it even more exceptional is its ocean air infusion process. And it's Canadian too!

New found love of mine!

This dark roast is rich, has a velvety chocolate undertone, and an absolutely incredible smell. The historic process of infusing ocean air, just like it used to be when coffee would sail into Canada on wooden ships, is genius and truly changes the coffee game. This brand is definitely a newfound love of mine, and if you are a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend you try Saltwinds Coffee! Just like their motto, “Ocean air makes better coffee’ and I 10/10 approve!

Lovely coffee

I can't survive through my morning routine without a cup of coffee, so I’m glad to find such a delicious one. I really like the design, and it tastes great. Usually, I do it in my espresso machine, and the flavor is amazing. It’s a perfect start to the day for me and I like to support Canadian business, it makes it even better!

Fantastic Dark Roast

This coffee is perfect for those coffee lovers. This dark roast coffee is blended perfectly and is rich in flavour. If you want a more bold flavour, add another cup into your coffee machine! I got the whole beans so I get to grind my own coffee!

Canadian Made Delicious Coffee

Excited to try this coffee. I'm always looking for a new brand and right now if I can support Canadian even better. I love coffee so much and this one is top of my list now. Delicious and great notes without the bitterness some dark roasts can get. A proper brewed cup of coffee is my favourite thing especially with a newborn....I need it!! Great backstory to a fabulous brand...I love the part that the co-founder is a chemist. As a chemist myself, I appreciate that there's been some actual science involved in making this Delicious coffee.

Delicious dark roast coffee

This Drunken Sailor coffee was so delicious. I love that it’s made in the maritimes and is such great quality. First thing I noticed when I opened the bag was how good it smelled, you can tell it’s great quality just from that. The only time I drink coffee black is if it taste great and this coffee was definitely one I drink black! Definitely getting more when I run out!

Deliciously Canadian

Saltwinds Coffee Company is a staple in our household morning routine. We had the opportunity to try Drunken Sailor and it hit the spot!

It’s a dark roast, medium ground so it was perfect for our coffee machine. Its rich aroma and taste is the perfect start to the morning. It’s deep but not bitter. I prefer my coffee black and these beans did not disappoint.

The history of the company is a cool concept, I enjoyed the little history lesson that accompanied my package. Shipping was incredibly fast, so when you need a fix it’ll be at your door step in no time.

This was a delicious brand of coffee and it now has a permanent spot in our pantry. We love that this is a Canadian company and will continue to support!
