Starting my day with great coffee

Saltwinds coffee was a real refreshing experience. The flavours are strong and burst through and their promise of a robust cup of coffee definitely delivers. Their unique process of infusing salty winds into their product sure stands out and is distinguishable through the flavour profile of the coffee. I tried the salted caramel and can’t wait to try their banana flavoured one!

A little light on the caramel

I had the opportunity to try the Salted Caramel Coffee from Saltwinds.
While I can definitely smell the salted caramel, I didn't really taste the caramel notes.

Fell flat

I wanted to love this coffee as I love to support small business, but this coffee fell flat for me. The packaging is beautiful and definitely caught my attention! I got whole bean coffee as I prefer to freshly grind mine each day. I found the coffee to be weak for a medium roast and not much salted caramel flavour came through.

Rich and smooth coffee!

I love the aroma of this coffee. As soon as I opened the resealable bag, the scent was so inviting. I made the coffee in my French press and it tasted delicious! It was rich and smooth, with hints of salted caramel. I love that Saltwinds uses an ocean air infusion technique to give their coffees a clean flavour. I will definitely be trying their other flavours, too!
