These gummies were a great-tasting and easy way to help keep up my immunity while I was fighting a cold! They came right a the perfect time towards the end of my cold and while I didn't take enough to be able to definitely say whether these are a game-changer, they did help speed up the tail-end of my recovery. I particularly love that they taste good and are easy to take. Prior to these, I'd only tried the syrup from Sambucol, but I would definitely consider repurchasing these and having them on hand for the upcoming winter/cold and flu season!

Tastes gross but works

These gummies aren’t the best tasting but they relieve symptoms from cold and flu within 24 hours! After taking the gummies my cough and sore throat were gone within 24 hours. Would recommend!

Gummy in my tummy

Unfortunately, the gummies were not to my taste - there are a bit bitter and I don't like it. My kid loved the gummies. They have a nice list of ingredients so I think it is a good add-in to our supplements, especially in winter

Tastes better than expected!

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the Sambucol Black Elderberry Advanced Immune Support with Vitamin C & Zinc! The texture was not what I expected and it was more sticky and dense than I thought it would be. These would be great to have in the pantry to help fight off flu and cold season.

I really like the gummys

I've used liquid sambucol before when our household had a cold and it worked but the gummies are a great maintenance option. The flavor was good, just found them a little sticky. But I will absolutely buy them.
