I thought the gummies tasted great, were easy to chew and were super convenient to take. They didn't stick to my teeth like other gummy vitamins I have tried either. Natural and soothing

To be honest, I have never taken any med or supplements for my immune system and overall health that's why I get sick or infected easily.
