Well, am I sure how well elderberry gummies at strengthening of immune system? I like the idea. I'm not crazy about the texture and flavor. They seem to be quite tough to chew and the flavor is a little strong. However, I feel these could be a great addition to any vitamin regimen.

Low Potency

I had a disappointing experience with the Sambucol Black Elderberry Zero Sugar gummies. The ingredients did not sit well with my stomach, and I felt jittery and uncomfortable after taking just one gummy. The texture is tough and hard to chew, and it leaves a lingering, powdery aftertaste that lasts for hours.
One serving is three gummies, so the jar only provides a 15-day supply. Even worse, the total elderberry content is quite low—only 40 mg per serving. I was also concerned about several added ingredients I prefer to avoid in supplements, including sodium, citric acid, “natural flavors,” MCT oil from palm, and Rebaudioside A (a stevia-derived sweetener).

Overall, I do not recommend this product. There are far better elderberry supplements available with cleaner ingredients and more effective formulations.

Too much

Unfortunately I just can't get past the taste and texture of these to receive the full benefits. First of all you have to eat 3 gummies a day which is too many in my opinion. They also taste horrible! They are SO tart and they really stick to your teeth.

Sugar free

Sugar free and immune health gummy easy to take and yummy . Convenient and on the go, not hard or squishy or sticky. I would recommend I think it’s a good choice

Inconclusive

Could just be me, as I am relatively healthy when it comes to immune system, but I did not see any pronounced benefits from using these over the last several weeks. Although they have a relatively good taste, I feel that 3 of them is a bit much at 1 time. While I would not say I won't recommend them, I also would not go out of my way to recommend them either since results seem inconclusive.

Not too great

I was able to try out Black Elderberry Zero Sugar Triple Immunity Gummies by Sambucol and I really wasn't a huge fan of them. The taste was a bit more sour/bitter than I like, and I didn't notice any difference in immunity since I still got a cold from my nephew. I do like that they were gummies, they made it a little easier to take, but I didn't like the flavor. It's not something I'd get again.

Is not taste-friendly

I didn't really get to try them out fully, because I could not stand the taste of them. It made me gag, so if they were a better flavor, hell, even a little sweeter I am sure that I would have given it my full effort in sampling this product and have an honest, consumer tested review, however, I can't.

Not the best tasting

I didn't care for the taste of the gummy. It was soft and chewy easy to open bottle but child safe. If you like elderberry then I suggest these immune boost gummies.
