Elderberry

I was unsure of this bc of the elderberry but it really doesn't have a bad taste. I didn't really notice too much difference when I took them in my day to day activity

Pretty tasty

I’ve been trying out these gummies for about a week now, and, for the most part, I like them. The flavor is pretty good. Fruity with a bit of tartness, which makes them taste less like candy and more like something actually good for you. I also appreciate that they’re SF, since a lot of gummies sneak in extra sugar.

The only downside for me is the serving size. You have to take 3 gummies per dose, which means the bottle only lasts about 15 days. I wish it stretched a little longer, especially for the price. Still, if you don’t mind that, they’re a convenient way to get in elderberry, vit C, and zinc.

Too sweet for my taste.

These were easy to chew but a little too sweet. Upon closer inspection, I found that Maltitol Syrup is the first ingredient. I don't care for the possible side effects so I won't make this part of my daily regimen.

Flavor is okay

The flavor on these is OK not my favorite. I like that. It’s sugar-free though probably why it doesn’t taste as good. It seems to be helpful, but it’s hard to tell with these kinds of product.

Great alternative to effervescent Vitamin C!

I enjoyed this immunity support supplement! I'm looking to take a more regular and consistent immunity supplement instead of only taking the tablets or powder that you add to water only once I've already felt a cold coming on. I enjoyed the fact that it is a more natural approach and does not have a bunch of added sugar in it despite being a gummy, which I think is a common problem when I'm looking for gummies, even for adults. Naturally, it is a bit tart so as long as you can get past that, it is a great option for regular immune system support. I did find that because they are on the natural side of ingredients, it takes a bit more effort for the gummies to dissolve and chew into small bits but it is worth the extra effort for the peace of mind of quality ingredients.

How Effective

Good stuff

This is just what I needed right now, since I work at a school and clean the classrooms. Also my 10 year old son can take these. This is good stuff, I really love the extra added vitamins. I love taking vitamins. Especially vitamin D because I tend to be deficient. The only thing is they are a bit sour and big and takes a minute to chew. But over all they are great and they are healthier for you since they are zero sugar. I know that sambucol is a trusted brand. Thanks for gifting me this for my honest review.

Very Tart

I'm a big fan of Sambucol and love their syrup and cold and flu tablets but I'm not too crazy about these. They're very tart for my taste and reminds me of Sweetarts. Perhaps for someone who enjoys that flavor, but unfortunately not for me.

Immunity boost

Surprisingly it has a pleasant taste. Its not too tart but there is a very faint hint of sweet to it.
I was actually coming down with a flu when I tested these, maybe it's in my head but I definitely think it helped me overcome the flu quicker than usual.

Taste great and works well

I love the taste and I love that there is elderberry in it bc in Sweden it's considered so healthy and full of vitamin c. I haven't been sick so I don't know if it works to help fight a clod but on the other hand I also haven't been sick since I started taking it ;)
