I was unsure of this bc of the elderberry but it really doesn't have a bad taste. I didn't really notice too much difference when I took them in my day to day activity

Easy to incorporate into daily routine

Whether or not I'm able to incorporate a supplement into my daily routine often depends on how easy it is to incorporate, and most definitely the taste and flavor. While the taste and flavor of this is pretty strong it definitely is not off putting. The Elderberry is very pleasant and it doesn't have any off putting after taste. I also love the combination of ingredients I think it's amazing to include other vitamins in with the Elderberries.

Works good

Great supplement

I really like theses gummies. Great source of vitamin C and they are sugar free so my mom who is a diabetic can take them also. They really help to boost your immune system to help with fighting/preventing colds. The texture is nice and easy to chew and dissolve. Taste pretty good as well.
