At first I thought that 3 gummies seemed like a lot, and the taste was a bit tangy and needed getting used to, BUT.... I have to tell you that they are as effective as anything else you need. This last month we have had some drastic weather changes and boy was I happy to be able to try these. Everyone at work was getting sick (sneezing, coughing, having cold symptoms), but I was as good as ever. It tastes off

The taste is not nice. I think perhaps part of the issue is the sugar alternative. For some people this might not be a deal breaker but it was for me. I also didn't really notice a difference in my healthiness. So maybe it has placebo effect for people but I just didn't notice anything.

Great alternative to effervescent Vitamin C!

I enjoyed this immunity support supplement! I'm looking to take a more regular and consistent immunity supplement instead of only taking the tablets or powder that you add to water only once I've already felt a cold coming on. I enjoyed the fact that it is a more natural approach and does not have a bunch of added sugar in it despite being a gummy, which I think is a common problem when I'm looking for gummies, even for adults. Naturally, it is a bit tart so as long as you can get past that, it is a great option for regular immune system support. I did find that because they are on the natural side of ingredients, it takes a bit more effort for the gummies to dissolve and chew into small bits but it is worth the extra effort for the peace of mind of quality ingredients.
