So Easy to Use!

I was quite impressed with this root retoucher! I am growing my natural haircolour in, and while the grey blends with the dishwater colour, Ha! The problematic bright silver strands stick out. I have used a powder retoucher in the past, but after the learning curve, this spray is easier!

I found if you hold your hair straight out from your head to spray, things work better, and it doesn't end up on your face. Bioderma takes off any marks on the skin easily.

I only wish there were more colours, even though brown worked well for me, and I found some fading overnight, but easy to apply more! It definitely brightens up my face!

Thanks to @ChickAdvisor and @Schwarzkopf I received the opportunity to #tryRootRetoucher which I #gotitfree, and it went pretty well. I was sent the Brown colour but would have preferred the Dark Blond. So when I first sprayed I was surprised by how wet this went on. A few drips were on my forehead and my scalp had blotches throughout. My hair did look good, yet very dark due to the colour and it looked a bit fuller. I do like to run my hands through my hair often and found the colouring did come off. When I washed my hair all the colouring was removed. I would recommend this as a quick, easy and simple fix with no commitment.

It actually works. I had the brown and covered well and was very close to my colour. Simple to use and no bad odors.

So much better than I expected!

At 35 and with unfortunate genes for the ladies in my family, I've got a lot of grey hairs coming in to deal with. As I've been trying to grow my hair out, I've been trying not to dye it too often, so I was super eager to see if this would work for me. It did!

I was sent the shade Brown and the tone of it seems to be quite neutral so I didn't even really notice a difference between where I applied the product and where I did, it just kind of blended in really smoothly to my hair. The way that I like to apply it is to section my hair and spray along the root line and then blend it in with a comb before it sets and I find that works really well.

It can be a little bit messy in application, but cleans up quite easily with a cotton pad. Still, I would recommend applying this before any makeup application so that you can clean up the hairline if need be. I also recommend using a light hand with the sprayer so that you get a more gentle spray. Using it this way, I didn't find that I got patches of product on my scalp, which is definitely a plus for me since that would draw attention to the product.

Overall, I think this is a really great product for between colours, especially for people who have really obvious roots because it does a good job of covering them without looking obvious or strange.

I received this product as a Chick Advisor. I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging. It could easily fit into any bag or purse. It applying it, it came out well (under pressure) and applied evenly. It wasn't overpowering in the smell (does have hair product smell) and the color matched perfectly on my roots (dark brown hair with some roots currently). It stayed in well during the day (winter, not sweating) and was removed easily with shampoo (not effect on scalp or residue left). I would definitely recommend purchasing this product and if the need arises, will use it again.

I received this product to review for free thanks to Chick Advisor! I have some grey hair that pop out now and then, plus I dye my hair as well.

This Schwarzkopf product actually works! You have to spray quite a bit to cover those roots. It takes some time to dry though. I like the directed nozzle as you can target where you need it. It does last until you wash your hair.

This product could stain clothing being so dark, be aware! This doesn’t have any strong scents and looks natural and I will use it for sure in between dye jobs.

Perfect Match

I recieved this from Chick Advisor to test out and review. This is my unbiased opinion. I ordered this in the colour brown and wasn’t quite sure of the match. Was very pleasantly surprised. I have tried other similar products and I have to say Scwarzkopf really is a great product. I colour my hair monthly at home but before you know it my roots show. So I tried this tonight and not only was it a perfect colour match but it was very easy to apply in a few quick bursts along my hairline. Then with my fingers I gently blended it into my hair. Wow! I can see this saving my colour for quite a while. All in all a great little product which will be added to my roster of haircare products!

J' ai essayer ce produit et je le déteste.Il tâche tout et est difficile as enlever.Ca paraît dans le fond de la tête que ce n est pas comme une teinture pour la retouche des cheveux en plus ça ne cache pas bien les cheveux blancs Je ne le recommande vraiment pas à personne.Merci quand même pour avoir eu la chance de l essayer.

Good if you need a quick fix to cover some grays!

I got this product to test from ChickAdvisor #gotitfree. It was easy to use, but when spaying it near your face it made marks. I had to wipe the area with Kleenex. The colour matched my hair but didn't totally cover my gray hairs. It is okay to use if going out for the night or oneday use and you didn't have time to dye your hair, but be careful if it's raining, the colour may run. The bottle is small and doesn't feel full. The smell was but strong for my liking.

Great match but very messy and transferred all day.

I was really excited to have this come because I had been waiting to colour my hair as my roots were showing pretty well.

Application was simple enough. I found it pretty easy to control the spray and cover. I found it very messy and it was splattering dots all over my face. Easy enough to wipe off for the most part up to the hair line which would just result in wiping the product off the hair if you went too close.

The colour match was excellent and it did a pretty good job of covering most of my greys, but it also covered my scalp, which made it noticeable that I had product in my hair, especially in areas that I had to use more product as the scalp area would build layers and look really dark.

I managed to get it all cleaned up and decent looking. When it dried it sort of mattified and it had a slight texture similar to that of after using dry shampoo.

Now here is where I had a problem...if you touch your hair or scalp, it will transfer. Even hours afterward when it is fully dry. There were a few times I looked down and I had brown fingers from either scratching my head or maybe running my hands through my hair....then I went to look in the mirror and it was all over my forehead and and other parts of my face that I had unknowingly touched afterwards. I almost left the house with it all over my face. I can imagine this would be a nightmare if your hair gets wet outside. It also transferred a lot to my pillow case.

I can't see myself using this again. I don't want to risk getting this all over my face and hands in public.

I can not recommend this.
