Worse root cover up ever!

Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher! #gotitfree I received my product without instructions , so I figured I could use it with no problems . Wrong,it was a mess from the start,I shook it up to make sure it was blended together. When I applied it to my roots it just went everywhere,it was thin and watery. I applied as much as I could get out of the bottle. There wasn't much in the bottle. I have short hair and it wouldn't even cover up half of my roots. Maybe the bottle wasn't full and maybe it got cold or frozen in transport. Whatever was wrong with it didn't help my roots any. Very disappointed with this product . I won't be purchassing it or ever using it again. I got left with half my roots done and half not done. I had to dye my hair to cover up the mess it left.

I wouldn’t buy this product

I would rather use a dry shampoo then this product. If you touch your hair it comes off in your hand. It’s not a good product. It doesn’t match well and doesn’t last.

Being that this product came from a great name in hair care, I put it on my hair as directed now since IM always wear my hair up I had to get a friend to help me with the back! It was messy I didn't like this product at all! But after about 3 mins of it being in my hair my head started to burn and itch real bad, I had an allergic reaction to it and I washed it out immediately but now my head is broken open in some parts and it's very irritating! I've gone to my doctor and got some cream and antibiotic shampoo! So obviously I won't be buying this product again!

Left my hair feeling dirty

I wanted to like this root touch up, but after applying it to my roots, it left my hair feeling dirty. The colour was okay, but I didn't like how my hair gel after application.

Root spray

I got this root touch up and really disliked it.it sprayed a grey colour,not dark blond.when I sprayed it,it left a very undesirable feeling on my hair where I could not touch my hair.i literally had to go wash my hair right away.i def would never use this again.#gotitfree

Did Not Work At All

This product did not work at all. I tried it on natural dark roots, bleached blonde roots, and blonde highlights. It did not do anything. I was so excited to try this product but unfortunately, it is not the root touch up for me.

Did I really put that on my hair?

The worst thing I ever applied to my hair. The texture is like powdery spray, when you apply it, hair become wet. After it dries it looks like you have dirt on your hair. And dust. And whatever could possibly be on the worst hair day of your life. When you touch it, of course color is transferring to your fingers. So better don't go to sleep without washing it off. Anyways I washed it off immediately. Horrible stuff. Reminds more of shoe paint spray.

Not worth it

I received this product from chickadvisor.com I have to say I'm pretty disappointed . It didn't work at all I put up before and after pics you can hardly tell the difference and it left my hair and scalp feeling gross with alot of build up. If you have roots just get your hair done don't bother with a spray
