it's just ok!

I found the color to be a little to dark and it didn't match my hair! The product also dripped on my face! So for me it was ok! It did cover my roots but I could see the difference in colors.

No bad when in a hurry

I have received the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher to try in the auburn shade.
Not a bad product to have if you don't have time to colour your hair or in between hair appointments.
It does very much so remind me of the cheesy commercials when you see the man use the spray on hair from a can. I had to rub my scalp a little bit so it didn't look like I had just done the that but overall, it turned out okay. Just make sure you don't use it around white walls or doors... you might just end up needing to do an intensive scrubbing session. Yikes!

colour not right

#gotitfree . I dye my hair red and I know there are many different shades of red, but the closest option to try was the mahogany. I also have a lot of regrowth which probably made it more noticeable. I didn't like the feel, like I needed to wash my hair, also didn't have a nice shine to it. Probably best for very little regrowth. Also a bit messy but again maybe because I had to much regrowth. Probably best suited for basic colours like black or dark brown

I found that the coverage of this product was good, however on my very fine hair it was a bit heavy for product. However, for a quick fix, it is very effective, and I would recommend it.

Lasts longer on pillowcases

I was excited to try the Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher free from Chick Advisor. While the bottle looks wonderful, the instructions are hidden away so carefully that it required a magnifying glass to find them on the peel back label, after two messy attempts at using the spray. After reading the instructions my efforts were not rewarded much more than one or two percent.

Pros - The colour does match enough to get away with.

Cons - If you sleep in it your bedding will stain.
- It leaves your hair crunchy like old fashioned hair spray.
- Do not use for any activity you might work up a sweat at, or run
your hands through your hair then as it runs, stains towels, leaves
funky marks down your clothing and skin.
- If you dye your hair at home it is cheaper just to buy another box of
dye.

It was ok

I received this free from here and personally I thought it was OK. When I used it I didn't like the fact that it got all over the place. Either I wasn't using it right or it just doesn't work for me. I do however love the color and it fit perfectly with the color of my hair now. I would recommend this to anyone.

I would PASS

Thank goodness I got it free beause if I had spent the money I would be extrememly upset. The color match was off. The spray went everywhere and all over the wall and door of my bathroom so the quick touch up took another 30 min trying to save my paint.....which I failed somewhat taking the color off my walls. The next great fun tip of this experience was being out in the snow and it running slightly. Felt like that tv episode of Two and Half Men where Alan tried a spray on hair color. #tryRootRetoucher, #CreateYourStyle and #gotitfree.

Okay, so the color I chose was a great match for my hair. The texture is kind of like a dry shampoo. I would have loved this product if it was easier and less messy to apply. I tried it a few times and each time I feel like it just sprayed everywhere. Thankfully it washed and cleans up easily.

Not a fan

I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting but I guess I was thinking the nozzle would be different maybe like a high lighter pen or something so you could fill in the grey. No it's a spray nozzle and like all spray nozzles you get that crazy fast flow of spray and it just ends up wherever there'a no control. So of course I spray it and it hits my skin by my temple and it only partially covers the grey. It was just disappointing I didn't get the results I wanted my hair still has lots of grey showing.
