Thank you product review club for giving me the chance to try this product. I just recently returned from a trip and right before I left I purchased a pair of pants I wanted to take with me but had no time to take them to get hemmed before I left. The night before I left I tried using this permanent hem bonding strip for each leg. It was super easy to apply and use. I followed the directions on the package and it worked perfect. I wore them on a rainy day so they really got tested. It held up and after washing the jeans ( using the washing directions provided) and it is still holding very well a week later. I do not know how to sew and so I always pay someone to hem my clothing. This is absolutely a cheaper option and faster/easier. I completely recommended this to everyone!

This is super easy to apply and has perfect hold. I put it in the wash and it didn't even budge. I am very impressed with this and the price for 30 strips is ridiculously cheap !

Definitely recommending this to everyone who complain about pants/bottoms that are too long.

I love shopping, but one of the banes of my shopping experiences is that most pants are made for leggy models. Unfortunately, my legs are a lot shorter. So whenever I am trying to decide on whether to buy a pair of pants, one of the factors is how much work it will be for me to hem them.

I am pretty handy with a sewing needle, but it takes time and work to make a professional looking hem. This product gives the same result in a matter of minutes. It's incredible how easy this product is to apply. I had a pair of new wool blend pants that I hadn't gotten around to hemming yet. I am happy to report that the permanent bonding strips have held up. The pants have already been laundered twice since the strips have been put in. The hems are still looking crisp, and I do not see any signs of the hems coming loose.

This is a must have product to make your life easier and save you time when it comes to hemming.

Yay another amazing product i got to test as part of the Product Review Club! This one was my favourite out of the three that i received. Being a short woman finding clothes that are the perfect length is kind of impossible and finding a great seamstress is almost as impossible. But with Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips I was the seamstress and i did an amazing job WHOOHOO!!! I had a pair of dress pants that have been sitting in my closet for about a year and couldnt wear them because they were wayyy to long. As soon as i received my package i immediately went and grabbed those pants. Wow how easy it is to use. I've used a hemming brand before and while wearing them the hem let go, yep embarrassing. Not with Scotch, i"ve washed them and i wasnt afraid that the hem would let go. I will definitely be recommending this product to all my girlfriends, this product is a must in ever home!

I did Hem Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips to a pair of Jeans. I put them in the cold wash and they are still holding strong. No-sew hem I love it!. Easy application strips works on most fabrics. I would not use this product on silk. Pretest delicate fabrics first. I like that this product is a no ironing method as well. Thank you Chick Advisor for the opportunity to try this product.

I had a pair of jeans that my mother-in-law picked up for me on a trip out of town that were 2-3" too long. I couldn't return them so they sat in my closet for nearly a year since I can't sew for the life of me :)

When I was accepted to review this product, I knew this was what I was going to try it on first. I really expected it to be difficult and that the result wouldn't last.

The process was really easy! I followed the instructions as it said and chose to iron the part I wanted hemmed because it helped to smooth out the area and make it cleaner looking.

The only issue I had was that some of the strips had glue outside its edges and even on top of the brown paper, so when pulling off the brown paper, the whole strip of glue tried to pull off with it causing it to stretch and mess up, even after pressing it down hard.

After washing my jeans, the hem is still there. It isn't budging. I am so pleased with this. I am now able to wear my jeans after waiting for a year.

I would highly recommend this product, not only for those who can't sew like myself, but for those who want to save time.

My sewing ability is very limited so I was very excited about trying out the Scotch Essentials Permanent Hem Bonding Strips. I am short, so when I buy pants, very often they need to be hemmed and that is beyond my sewing capabilities. This product worked great. It was easy to use, and I was able to hem my pants so that I can finally wear them! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick hem, or is sewing challenged like I am.

I have received this product complimentary of ChickAdvisor for review. This product was perfect for me as I am someone that do not own a sewing machine and I do not do any sort of sewing. Let me tell you this product comes with these brown tape that are really sticky. Make sure you measure your clothing piece well and iron it flat before using this product for best results. I had trouble peeling it at first because it keep sticking onto my fingers even after my fingers were moistened. After I got the hand of it it was so easy to use. I used this product on my skirt. I have so many skirts and they were all pretty long. I decided to hem it above the knee. My skirt was made of cotton. This tape worked so well on the skirt. If I didn't tell anyone they wouldn't know it was hemmed unless they inspect it and notice that there is no sewing at the bottom where it was hemmed. I tried tugging onto the hem of the skirt and the tape stayed in place. I would definitely purchase this product in the future to fix my skirts as I am not good at all with thread and needles.
