Horrible Customer Service

Bought a pair of these panty hose 1/2 hour before an event and paid a lot of money for them-there was a pull in the foot as I took it out of the package, This made a hole in the bottom of the foot which I ended up having to wear anyway as no time to get another pair. I contacted Secret customer service not once but THREE times without even the courtesy of a reply. I work in an industry where negative reviews really hurt our business so I hesitated, waiting for a reply from Secret-one month later, still nothing?
