Unique Scent but Effectiveness is Questionable

This product surprised me with its unique scent of roses. It’s a soft light scent so it doesn’t overpower. I don’t know what it is with this product but it tends to make my scalp itch. I’ve alternated it with other shampoos to see if it was something else but every time I switch to using this shampoo I get the same result - itchy scalp. The sulfate free formula and the colour lock protection drew me to this product but I just don’t get the comfort I need after using it. Perhaps it works for others but I find it doesn’t agree with my scalp.
