This soap is anti-acne and great for all skin types. African black soap is something I've been hearing about for a while. This contains a lot of natural, good for you ingredients. I would dampen my face, apply the soap and let it sit on my face while I washed the rest of my body then rinse. It made my skin soft, clean, and didn't irritate it or make it red. The only thing I didn't like is the bottle. The soap is very thick and doesn't pour out. I had to shake it many times (like a ketchip bottle), stick my fingers into it just to get a little soap out. Horrible packaging. I do see that you can get it in a pump bottle so I'll be on the lookout for that!
