Great fine ground whole wheat flour, it does not have the husk of the wheat, Taste is mild and silky. It comes together easily to make a dough. Now where can I buy it in Canada stores?

Amazing flour so nutritious!

This flour is amazing, it has nutty flavour, high in protein and so nutritious, I made these soft Choclate chip cookies and whole family loved them including my toddler.

Beautiful flour!

We've been loving this flour in our house. We've used it to make sourdough bread and pancakes and plan on adding it to more recipes. It does take some tweaking if you're used to using AP or bread flour as this is a pearled wheat so a bit heavier and denser - but amazing flavour and great benefits! The product is Canadian made with Canadian sourced ingredients - which we love! Would highly recommend this product especially if you want simple one ingredient flour that's not bleached and if you love supporting Canadian businesses!

Super yummy bread !

As someone who bakes all our bread & bread products in our home, this flour made such a different but yummy bread! It took me a few tries to get it perfect, but I ended up being a huge fan!

Easy healthy addition!

This Sixteen Grains artisan flour is a great way for our family to add some whole wheat into our baking. I typically use regular white all-purpose flour in my baking, and love that I can mix some of this in for more nutrients.

Great Taste

Rustic authentic taste

I prefer whole wheat and whole grain foods

The taste was wonderful, the texture was fine like other flours and was very easy to use in my recipe. I was making a recipe that involved chocolate but a healthy variation. This fits in well as a substitute because I'm not partial to white bread or white flour items.

Great Alternative

I usually do my own pancake mix since it is cheaper and I have the pantry ingredients. Trying out this Sixteen grain noticed that it is a healthier version of flour. So scared that it may not taste the same or something wrong will happen but surprisingly good. My husband usually eats 4-5 pancakes and I guess it is healthier and my kids love it too. I will continue using this also will try some other recipes. Love that it is Canadian made.

Not For Everyone

Unfortunately this product wasnt for me or my family, We all found this flour to be very dense tasting, although the packaging was very clean and appealing, I found that i needed to add more water then other breads ive made or it comes out very dry. I also tried using for homemade pancakes but the flour was very strong tasting it over powerd the maple syrup.
