Canadian made wheat flour

We received this product for free to provide an honest review of it. Product is Canadian made, with Canadian sourced ingredients, sixteen grains is a great company based out of Saskatchewan.
Tried making a traditional type toast bread which was simple and came out better than expected. Would highly recommend this product and they also make other types of flours for pizza and I believe muffins. If you want simple one ingredient flour without being bleached this one's for you.

Great wheat flavour

I made bagels for the first time with the flour, and the whole wheat flavour is very nice, not to over powering to the toppings. The texture of the bagels turned out great as well. It was super easy to use.

A welcome pantry addition

I'm no stranger to fresh milled flour so this was a welcome addition to my line up. I made some cinnamon buns with it and loved the nutty taste, very similar to whole wheat but smoother. You can taste the nutrition! Great product, and it's Canadian too!

Bread came out really nice

I’m definitely goin to get this flour again. It has a homely feel like the breads I used to eat back home in Ghana. It isn’t too sticky when working with it. Very easy to work with and the taste is out of this world. You can tell it is a quality flour made with flour and people in mind.

Great flour

Soft and fine flour

The flour was very soft and easy to incorporate for my sourdough bread. Produced fluffy , open crumb bread when I used 20% pearl wheat flour and 80% bread flour making my sourdough loaf.

Really nice for dough

I use this flower to make pizza Roll-Ups. The taste was very similar to whole wheat flour but the texture was not as gritty and the flower was super easy to use. It Rose so nicely with the dough
