This is my go to snack especially when needing a quick bite to eat this is great. Many nutrients and a great start tot he day. Has a nice combo of flavours and satisfies cravings

I love these bars, they feel so decadent without all the "sinful" extras in them. There is a perfect combination of nuts, caramel and a sprinkling of sea salt. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

Coconut flavour is nice ..not overpowering! Yummy cashew pieces and chocolate chunks balance the bar. The bar also has dark chocolate coating on one side which helps with chocolate craving!

This is my new go to snack, quick breakfast, evening craving, stash in my desk, whenever or wherever. Sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy, its got it all. Love this new bar!

The taste of the chocolate coconut and salty cashew varieties are delicious! My whole family loves these bars and I feel better offering these as there is an added benefit of the quinoa.

At $3.47 a box these are slightly more expensive than some granola bars but the great taste and quality ingredients justify it. These snack bars aren't just for kids

J'adore cette barre. Son petit goût de caramel mélangé avec le sel de mer est vraiment délicieux. Ce n'est pas trop salé et avec les noix je trouve que le quinoa n'est pas apparent pour quelqu'un qui n'aime pas trop cela. Pour ma part, je trouve que le quinoa pourrait être plus présent mais la barre est parfaite pour plaire à tous les goûts.

I received this bar as a sample and, I have to admit, I was skeptical. Salted caramel can go wrong, very wrong but this bar was delicious. Just a hint of salt and lots of sweet nutty goodness. It was also quite filling which is something I look for in a bar. Will be trying some other flavours I believe. :)

I got the Caramel Sea Salt and Mixed Nuts to try. I found it to be a bit hard to chew, my jaw was aching after eating. I thought it could have done with a bit more sea salt. The caramel di have a nice taste. It is gluten free and 170 calories per 33g bar.

When it comes to Special K bars they always comes with something new and healthy ,now with Quinoa a super grain ,Caramel Sea Salt & Mixed Nuts really delicious the best part is it is Gluten Free and with No Artificial Flavors or Colors .

I liked Kellogg's Special K Nourish Bar with Quinoa - Caramel Sea Salt and Mixed Nuts. It was chewy, and the nuts provided a crunch packed with protein and good fat. It was fairly filling despite it being a small-ish bar, and was a good and delicious snack.
