this product works amazing. i didnt think it would work very well on me cuz i have very oily and acne prone skin but it actually cut down on the oily and helped clear up my breakouts.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub is a great refreshing face wash. The grains in this product help to gently exfoliate your skin and the creamy density makes for a refreshing clean. This product cleans up your pores and keeps your face from looking greasy. This product helps to lessen the chance of getting acne and works very well.
I use to use this product once or twice a week to exfoliate before being told it was too harsh on my skin by a dermatologist. When I was using it though I didn't have any problems. I mean, it didn't work miracles or anything, but it did help to make my skin feel softer. As far as over-the-counter store brands go, I'd use it.
The problem with this scrub is that the particles in it are ground up apricot pits, so they are jagged and sharp... Yes it exfoliates the skin, but it also scratches your healthy skin... Even with using it once a week, I still found that it was creating more problems for me than helping me. It smells nice though!
