Best drink!

This is my favorite drink at Starbucks, although I do make it at home now which saves a lot of money. When I went to Starbucks to buy it, I usually asked for extra vanilla and extra caramel because, well come on, vanilla and caramel you need a little extra lol! anyway, it’s really good with oat milk. Too! I highly recommend this drink to anyone . Merry Christmas everyone.

A little too sweet for my taste.

Whenever it's happy hour and I'm not sure what I want, I always end up ordering a grande caramel macchiato with soy, but don't hold the whipped cream. It's a guarantee I won't be disappointed.

I do ask that they reduce the number of pumps of vanilla syrup by one as I always find the default amount too sweet for my taste.

Otherwise, a delicious drink for a cold (and sometimes not so cold) day.

Seems like most times the barista puts to much caramel every time so I prefer it without this is my fav drink from Starbucks. So I will definitely get it again and again it’s a special treat I get while shopping alone without children

Tasty but pricey

I wish I was rich just so I could buy Starbucks beverages twice every day. This drink is my go to flavor choice, but it’s unfortunately $5 per medium cup. Very expensive. But the coffee flavor is great. The caramel is sweet and delicious and the cream ratio is just right.

I love starbucks, and since I don't live near one when I get to go to one I love to get a fancy drink....this is one of my favourites, I make a couple adjustment to suite my taste! 1/2 sweet and no whip and it is perfect!

Delicious but Pricey

I'll start by saying I'm a Starbucks addict. I can't help it, their coffee is delicious and strong. I know some people find their coffee to be TOO strong, but as someone who drinks my hot coffee black, the strength gives it taste and I love it.

What i don't love... the price. For a cup of plain coffee, it's whatever; doesn't really cost more than anywhere else. But if you start making that coffee fancy in any way.. you'll pay.

I love that I can get dairy-free options, which is a big part of why I love Starbucks. And the caramel macchiato is easily my favourite drink on the menu. The price sucks, but the taste is oh so good. It's like warm velvet, and not tooo sweet.

If you feel like being a bit spendy, I really recommend this classic.

OMG! To die for

Honestly I am not a huge Starbucks fan, mostly because the prices makes me sick! I can get the same quality of coffee for a fraction of the price.....but then the caramel macchiato was bought for me by a co-worker as a treat and now...I'm hooked! When I say hooked I mean I treat myself once and a while. Usually on payday when I don't notice the $6 leaving my account!
Try it! As a treat, but an everyday staple and I'm sure you will agree

This is a great treat from Starbucks. It has the perfect amount of creamy milk, coffee flavor and rich, buttery caramel. It is a bit in the sweet side, but every so often it's really great to drink.

This is my go drinks year round at Starbucks. However, I do have to modify it is order to enjoy it. The standard caramel macchiato is simply too sweet! Between the vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle it's just too much sugar. My ultimate macchiato is half sweet and light caramel drizzle. And on days when I need a little extra I'll get a triple grande but then I'll either go with skim milk or normal dizzle to balance out the sweetness.

This drinks is definitely not for everyone. I do have a moderate sweet tooth so I enjoy it. Unfortunately, likely any drink at Starbucks it's expensive for a cup of coffee.

I love these. Super tasty hot or cold. When made well can be a real treat.
