Super easy way to get your multivitamins and greens in! Great for on the go as the individual packets can be thrown in your bag! Wouldn’t choose this for everyday as I don’t like the single use packaging however it is ideal for travel and keeping in your work bag for those busy mornings! Great taste and easy!!

I've been taken the SUKU Greens Multi+ Gummies and they've honestly made taking my greens so much easier.

Very convenient way to get your vitamins!

These vitamin gummies are very conveniently packaged in individual packages with your daily dose. They are meant to be taken at least a couple hours before or after other medications. So, since I take my medication in the morning, it is convenient to just pop a pack in my lunch to take later in the day. The only negative thing I have to say about these is I am not a fan of the flavour. If there is another flavour I will certainly buy them again!

I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my health, but honestly… making green drinks every day is just not realistic for me—especially with long shifts.

So I tried the Suku Multi+ Greens chewables, and here’s my honest review:

First thing—I actually like the taste. It’s more like a fruity candy than anything “green,” which surprised me. No weird aftertaste either.

The biggest win for me is convenience. I don’t need water, no mixing, nothing. I can literally just take them anytime—before work, during my shift, or even at night when I’m too tired to do anything.

Overall, I’d say they’re worth it if you’re busy and want something simple and consistent.

Not a horrible taste

I have been struggling with getting gummie form of vitamins. And greens that I don't have to drink. This is a great way for me to get both of this things .
