Sticks to dry mouth

I possess many of the classic symptoms of menopause but it's highly unlikely that I am in that stage of my life due to my age. But if there are lazy ways to try to regulate or diminish the symptoms, I'm all for trying! The bottle comes with 80% filled clear capsules with a grainy brown substance that looks like sawdust. My biggest con for these is that the capsules stick to a dry mouth and it frequently caused me to gag because it would be stuck to the top or back of my mouth. I think it would require more time to determine if there have been any differences in menopause symptoms and so far I haven't noticed any.

Unfortunately no effect

I have tried this now for over 2 weeks and unfortunately there is no difference in any of my menopause symptoms. What my doctor gives me is still the best for my symptoms.

Not for me

Recently, I started taking Swiss Natural Menolibrium with EstroG-100, a new-to-me innovative supplement designed to relieve menopause symptoms. I was really excited to give it a try since the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, and I have a lot of respect for the Swiss Natural brand. However, my symptoms actually got worse. I followed the instructions and took the supplement for three days, but my hot flashes became more intense each day. I also started experiencing more frequent hot flashes during both the day and night. That’s when I decided to stop taking it. I’m not sure what went wrong—it could just be me, as everyone reacts differently, or it might be due to my early onset of menopausal symptoms. Either way, I’m still grateful for the chance to try something new.
