It works!

A couple months ago I realized that my menopause is coming and it’s giving me some symptoms that were starting to bother me. Excessive sweating, minor hot flashes and constant rheumatic pain. I am on my 3rd week of use and I am feeling very positive changes. I sweat much less, I don’t have rheumatic pain in my knee, I also feel more energizer.

Noticable improvement on my symptoms

I have tried a few products and supplements to help alleviate my menopausal symptoms. This is the best by far. I noticed my energy increase, mood lift, very few night sweats and more restful sleep. In only a week, quite impressed and will continue to take this as part of my daily regimen.

It comes in the form of capsules which I felt were easy to swallow. It does not have any smell or aftertaste during use, and there is a slight, non-disturbing, almost pleasant smell inside the bottle.
It is made in Canada. I experience hot flashes and this quickly took me by surprise and actually helped a lot with hot flashes and night sweats so I will be continuing to take two of these a day. What a relief, and highly recommend this product.

What a difference in 2 weeks!

I have started perimenopause. I am 49. I get cold sweats, insomnia, wonky cycles and everyone annoys me (well, that could just be the people around me) The cold sweats are what bother me the most, standing there doing nothing and it creeps up on me, drenching me, even my face sweats. I never used to sweat and this symptom is horrible, I need to change my clothes, use body powder all the time to say dry and feel as if I must shower twice a day. I started taking Menolibriu, twice a day as instructed, although some days I forgot to take it in the evening, ( hey, we are all busy!) and my daily triple downpours decreased to every other day and now it's about 3 times a week. They don't last as long and they are easier to handle. I tried black cohosh in the past and it helped with my regular cycles, but this has helped with ALL of the symptoms. I sleep a bit deeper at night, if not longer, I don't get as tired and maybe I'm a bit less grumpy! (It seems like the people around me aren't quite as annoying anymore)
I will continue to use this product in conjunction with continuing to eat healthy, exercising and self care. Great product!

I received a #free bottle of Swiss Natural Menolibrium from @thisisbutterly to try for 1 month. This product uses natural ingredients and is easy to swallow. This product relieves symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, fatigue and insomnia to name a few. After using for 2 weeks I did notice my night sweats reduced and I was sleeping better.

I have been taking these capsules twice a day for the last 6 weeks and have noticed a big difference in the frequency and strength of my hot flashes - instead of lasting up to 5 minutes, multiple times a day, I find that have maybe one or 2 a week now that only last about a minute.
My night sweats are almost nonexistent now, letting me get a better nights sleep, which has greatly improved my energy levels.
It was really easy to add these capsules into my daily routine - one with my moring coffee and one with my supper. I know I will be taking these wonderful capsules until menopause starts, and all these annoying symptoms go away!

Reduction in symptoms

I got this item for free to try out and as I have become more health conscious over the years, I thought it would be perfect to try out. I have liked the ease with taking the supplement and have appreciated the results thus far, however I do want to see how the product works more long term.
