I am not in Menopause, as I still have my regular monthly menstrual cycle, but at 47 years old Peri-Menopause is just around the corner. Natural Relief

Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. It's a 1 month supply and is a natural herbal remedy. Have taken it for 10 days and do notice some relief especially at night time. I think it's worth trying.

Ok but not for me.

I recently tried Swiss Natural Menolibrium Herbal Relief Therapy hoping for some natural support during perimenopause, and while I appreciate that it's a herbal approach and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I've only experienced subtle changes so far, hence the 3-star rating. It hasn't been a dramatic difference for me, and I'm still navigating some of the less comfortable symptoms. Because everyone's body responds differently, and herbal remedies can interact with other medications or conditions, it's really important to have a conversation with your doctor before trying this or any new supplement. They can offer personalized advice and ensure it's a safe and appropriate choice for your individual health needs during this transitional phase.

Not Sure if it is having an Effect

I cannot determine if taking this product has been effective.
I have noticed zero difference BUT have so wanted to!!
Perhaps it is just me and where I am in the phase of menopause

Relieve Symptoms

Here’s to hoping for some relief from the good old symptoms of menopause. Been taking them for about a week and I’m not finding any change yet but hopefully do soon

Good Product

The Swiss Natural Menolibrium capsules seem to work to a certain degree. I did not notice many symptoms relieved, but I did notice that I was in a better mood after a few days. I was more joyful and relaxed.
