Works better than I anticipated

I was excited to to try Swiss Naturals Menolinrium because I have been experiencing quite a few peri-menopausal symptoms. While I didn’t notice any change the first few days, after about a week I started to notice my symptoms lessen. I’m glad to see these are gluten free and co rain no sweeteners. I will definitely be adding these to my vitamin routine and hope for continued improvement.

Feel like myself again

I’ve been taking menolibrium for one month now and love that I feel like myself again. I feel more emotionally regulated, less tired, and my aches and pains less prevalent. It’s really so simple to take and all natural, that it seems like a no-brainer for any woman looking for relief from menopausal symptoms. I would certainly recommend!!!

Relieved some of my symptoms

I received a free bottle of this to try for a month. I DID notice that it helped me sleep better / deeper, even if it did take a while for me to relax and unwind. I DID feel better in the morning, not so tired, since I slept better. Make sure you drink enough water with these capsules, or it will repeat on you and it's a very bad taste ( happened to me once ).

Good for mood swings

I'm in perimenopause and 46 years old. I suffer from PMS mood issues like anxiety and irritability. After taking Swiss Natural Menolibrium daily for the past few weeks, I didn't have any PMS mood issues this month. I also experience hot flashes during my period and I didn't have any this month. I have to say I was skeptical of using natural supplements for perimenopausal symptoms, but Swiss Natural Menolibrium does work for the few symptoms I have and the best part is no side effects. Great

I Am grateful for this product. I have been taking it exactly as directed on the bottle, two pills a day, and I have noticed quite a difference! I no longer have pain in my hands , arms , or neck, nor hot flashes at night I can now go about my daily life happier and calmer, and I can sleep whiteout any problems. I am amazed! I truly recommend them.

Helps combat premenapause systems

When you really need a helping hand to deal with the many symptoms that premenopause and menopause can cause these more natural alternative supplements can help. They have eased my transition and I would recommend for others to give them a try.

Provides relief for those hot flashes

I’ve only been taking this product for a couple weeks, but so far it has done the trick with my hot flashes. I used to get them day and night. I now sell them get them during the day and the night time severity has decreased immensely. It is also helping with my sleep as I used to wake up 5 to 6 times a night and not be able to get back to sleep for sometime. I’m now waking 2 to 3 times but can usually get back to sleep within 5 to 15 minutes.

No adverse affects, but no great improvement eithe

I was asked to try Swiss Naturals Menolibrium herbal relief therapy for free, in exchange for my honest review. While I don't have all the symptoms of menopause all the time, what I do have are some symptoms randomly. So for 30 days I have tried these and while I don't see a big difference I don't have anything adverse either. I must say the capsules are large, and difficult to swallow without water. I am used to taking others without, so I thought this was going to be the same.
I did notice I had less of the symptoms of hot flashes,night sweats, fatigue but it definitely didn't help my insomnia yet. In fairness I don't think anything would change that in just 30 days. Would I Recommend this? Well it's certainly been somewhat effective to reduce symptoms for me. Will I buy this again? I will have to weigh the cost /advantage carefully and see if it is worth continuing. I liked that these were natural. I prefer to stick to natural products and remedies. There's no dairy gluten or wheat in these, but they do contain gelatin which may not be acceptable for some. Thank you to Exzellpharma and @thisisbutterly for this opportunity.

Interesting option for menopause symptoms

I was sent this product for free to try out and appreciate the opportunity.
This product is to relieve some menopause symptoms like fatigue, night sweats, rheumatic pain and insomnia. Recommended dose is one capsule twice a day. The capsules are medium size, so a bit bigger than I prefer but no issue swallowing with water. The inside is filled with salt & pepper like granules. No taste or after taste either.
I can't say I experienced any side effects of note. It was hard to determine if it made a difference in the short trial period. It maybe reduced some fatigue and overall stiffness or pain but will keep taking it until it is emptied.
I would say my opinion is neutral since I didn't notice anything unpleasant but effects felt subtle to me.
