Hot Flash Relief

After taking this free product for about a month, I noticed my hot flashes were a little less frequent. Although they are not gone completely, they are definitely fewer and far between. I'm actually able to sleep through most of the night without waking up in a sweat. It is a product which is worth a try for all those ladies going through Menopause. Calmed my symptoms

I started using this approximately 2 weeks ago and I feel like most of my symptoms have calmed down. I didn't think it was really doing anything at first, but after reviewing my journal I see that it is helping. Also having natural ingredients is very appealing to me!

It helps

After a month of trying the product, I feel like it has helped decrease my pain in my arthritic hands. I have been falling asleep a little easier. I do still wake up a few times during the night but I'm experiencing less intense hot flashes. I still get the hot flashes but not as bad and less often. The menopause symptoms do not disappear but any help is appreciated.

Helps, but not a magic solution

I have been trying this as directed for two weeks now. I can definitely say that I have noticed a difference, but it’s not drastic for me at this time. That being said, the slight effects are not accompanied by any side effects at all. I’ve taken this on both an empty stomach and with food and it has not bothered me either time, which is excellent because one of my perimenopause symptoms has been pretty significant gastro-intestinal sensitivities. I can’t speak for help with hot flashes as I’ve been spared that (so far) but I’ve noticed that my mood has been lighter and my fatigue and brain fog has been better as well. I don’t think it’s going to be a quick fix for anyone, but as a tool in the kit, worth trying. I found I noticed it after about a week, it took a little time to feel like I was getting anything from it. Here’s hoping I notice more as time goes on!

I was skeptical

I didnt think this was going to help but After a couple weeks I noticed i was sleeping better and had less pain. I just really wish it would have helped me with the night sweats. Overall I think it's a a solid product and will most likely be purchasing it

This really works!

This product helped tremendously with my hot flashes & insomnia! I love how it’s all natural and Vegan it’s also gluten free with no sweeteners added!! Will definitely be purchasing to continue!

Pleasantly Surprised

So I was quite skeptical about this at first as I assumed WE as woman needed the pharmaceutical medication in order to deal with the DREADED Menopausal Symptoms… well let me tell you … I am pleased to inform you all this stuff works … no upset stomach , night sweats are fewer, hot flashes ( only had two lately ) and I’m even sleeping better .
I found it was better to take with food tho as the first few times I had heartburn but turns out it was just a flare up of my GERD so I haven’t had any other reactions .
I have ALREADY sent pics of the bottle to 6 friends who ALSO have said it works well for them so far . I am picking up another bottle soon as I’m down to like 4 days left .
