Didn’t notice any changes

I received a bottle of Swiss Natural’s menolibrium herbal relief therapy to test and provide my honest review of. I took 1 capsule with my first meal of the day and 1 capsule with my dinner. I wasn’t fan of the scent, but that was expected. I didn’t notice any negative nor positive changes while taking this, so unfortunately I cannot say if it works nor recommend it. However, everybody is different and every body processes things differently, so perhaps others will have success.

Seems to be working!

I received this product free to review from Butterly. It may be too early to tell, but I seem to have a reduction in perimenopause symptoms such a dizziness and numbness in my hands. I know that you have to take supplements for a much longer period of time before seeing the full effectiveness, so I am going to keep taking these even after I finish the bottle I received. I especially like that it is an easy to swallow capsule and that it is all natural! I'm hoping to stay away from HRT, so may have just found trick!

Relief From Menopause

I was very excited to be chosen for this product and was looking forward to the relief of some menopause symptoms. There was a bit of a delay in getting the product to me, but I was eager to try it once it arrived. Sadly, the ingredients in this product seemed to have the opposite effect for me. My night sweats and hot flashes increased and I was still as fatigued and unable to sleep as I was before. I do not suffer from melancholia or vertigo, so these were not applicable. I would still recommend this product to others, as it might work for them, but sadly it did not achieve the results I was looking for.

These actually work!!

I received these Vitamins for free to try through Butterly, I was very skeptical that these would help with my Menopause symptoms, but thought well what can it hurt to try?. So I started taking them, about a week later I started to notice that I wasn't waking up soaking wet through the night and getting "that great big morning hotflash" you know the one...the first one after you stand up in the morning, I couldn't believe it! they also seem to be giving me more energy throughout the day. I would for sure recommend them for any woman who is going through "the change", they are helping with my symptoms, maybe they can help you too.

Night Sweats Have Lessened!

I’ve noticed a lessening in the night sweats - which is so awesome! My rheumatic pain has also gone down. I love there are more products available for women so they can get some relief! Much nicer to just have one capsule to take instead of several.

Hot Flashes are beyond annoying

With pre-menopause/menopause, I have been experiencing hot flashes in the night that wake me up & cause me to lose sleep as well as some brain fog.

The caplets are normal sized and easy to swallow. There is no taste or after taste. I don't experience any upset stomach or gas after taking the pills.

I haven't noticed any changes in my menopause symptoms, if anything, my nighttime hot flashes have increased. If the pills have lowered symptoms or kept them at bay, that is great. I'm not sure yet. When I finish all the pills & will see if my symptoms increase. If they do, I will be purchasing more.

didn't do much for me

I was rather disappointed with this product. It didn't help any of my symptoms which was disappointing as I have several friends who have tried this and it worked wonders for them. I might just be a one-off or maybe I haven't been using it long enough, I'm not sure. I might have to review after a longer time using it.
