Swiss Natural's Menolibrium is definitely helping minimize my hot flashes. I've been taking the recommended two capsules a day for almost three weeks now and think I can see a difference. When you can actually fall asleep calmly

I struggle with menopause and lie awake for hours normally after taking menolibrium for a few days I’m getting the most natural sleep and calm feeling rather than pretending to sleep and waking up tired. I’m now waking up fresh and ready for work

Reduced Night Sweats for the Win!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I will admit I was super skeptical at first because it sounded like it might be too good to be true. It purports to help with a whole bunch of symptoms and I can't speak for all of them, but my night sweats have definitely reduced since starting this supplement. I used to wake up literally in puddles every night and now it's way less wet and much less often. I'm not a medical professional, just relaying my own personal experience of the product. The pill size is easy to take and it's simple to include in with my other supplements. I will be continuing this supplement just for the less gross sleeps :)
