I am not sure if I noticed any difference when taking this, I think it may need more time to determine.
I will try another bottle to see if there is any effect.

Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try Swiss Natural Menolibrium herbal relief therapy capsules. Unfortunately, this is not a product for me. Starting with the packaging, it tells you what the herbal medicinal ingredients are but not exactly what they do. They give you a general overview of the symptoms they are supposed to relieve, but not being familiar with all herbal ingredients, the words meant nothing to me without context. It would have been nice to see “ingredient X helps hot flashes”, for example.

Next, the instructions say to take 1 capsule twice a day. This is very vague to me. When? With food or without? Take it with a certain liquid or steer clear of certain liquids, like grapefruit juice? Can I use this in conjunction with current herbal supplements or my other prescription medications?

I could have looked over all of this if I felt relief in any aspect of what they claim to help with. Quoting from Amazon, it is “clinically proven to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, melancholia, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness.” For me, I did not see relief from any of these. In fact, it seemed to increase my insomnia, fatigue, and night sweats.

I wish I had had more success with this product, but it had no effect on me and it would not be something I bought or recommended.

easy way to get menopause supplements

This is a great supplement to help with my night sweats and hot flashes, I have noticed an improvement . It is a small capsule so it’s easy to swallow. I received this item as a free trail to review if I liked it.

Desperately seeking hot flash relief

I have been trying different things to help with hot flashes that appear out of nowhere, leaving me unprepared to move forward with any tasks as I searched for a towel or something to whipe my face. It’s always my face where it happens the most. I found relief once I started to take Menolibrium from Swiss Naturals. Within a few days my hotflashes lessened. The capsules were easy to swallow and didn’t take long time feel the effects. It’s all natural and has no additives, which is what you want when dealing with hormones. I recommend other women to try it.

My new best friend!

I swore that nothing was going to get rid of my night sweats. I wasn’t so much worried about the daytime because my hot flashes weren’t that bad during the day but at night they were brutal. I felt like I was swimming in my sheets. I received this product free. Used as recommended two capsules per day. I took them about an hour before I went to bed. All natural, no side effects for me. Within a week, my night sweats subsided about 75 to 90%. I finished my first bottle and purchased a second off of Amazon. I didn’t find the pill too big or too small. It was very easy to swallow with water. No Strange aftertaste. I have recommended it to a few of my friends already who are suffering just as much as I am. I sincerely want to think butter early for this opportunity. If it wasn’t for this chance, I never would have even thought about trying to take something to help alleviate symptoms.

Sleep is definatly better

I’m currently in the early stages of perimenopause, and my biggest issue is sleep. I’m either can’t sleep enough, or can’t get to sleep. I took this product for a few weeks and already my sleep patterns have improved! Definatly seeing positive changes in my body. Can’t wait to see how things progress.

Menopause Help

I have tried a few products for menopause but this one is the best as far as I am concerned. I find I am more calm, relaxed, and hot flashes are less frequent, which makes my life easier to deal with. It's made of natural ingredients which I love. I highly recommend this product for menopause.

A good alternative to prescription drugs

Swiss Natural Menolibrium is a herbal supplement that helps with symptoms related to menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue and rheumatic pain.

I took one capsule twice per day and after about three weeks I noticed that there was some improvement in the intensity of my hot flashes and night sweats.

I didn’t notice any difference in my insomnia, fatigue or rheumatic pain but I have a number of other health issues that affect those issues and require prescription medication to resolve.

I like the fact Swiss Natural is a Canadian company and that there no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, sweeteners and is gluten free.
