Did it relieve all my symptoms, no. Did it relieve my worst ones yes. I have slept through the night without waking up like I'm in a furnace. I don't wake up in a puddle of sweat. I do t think I've been on it long enough to feel the full benefits. I will continue to take it to experience more of the benefits.

Still on the fence

So I have taken almost the whole bottle, which is roughly a month worth of the pills. The thing I find it hard to keep track with is that I have to take the pill twice a day. I have a routine to take this with my other vitamins in the morning, but with the 2nd dosage I often forget to take it in the evening. So there have been multiple days that I would miss taking the 2nd pill. So because of it, I can't say for certain that if this really affected with my peri-menapause symptoms. I think overall I did feel slightly better, some nights have better sleep, and slightly less skin issues/itchiness. I would continue to take this for longer periods of time and see if there is more improvement.

Better than I hoped for

I was skeptical when I first tried this product know knowing what to expect but I was surprised. I feel alive, more alert and sleeping better. I have a better clarity, my sleep improved, my skin cleared and I feel moist in the areas I need to be most.

Après 24 jours d'utilisation, je suis assez surprise de certains bienfaits inattendus! J'avoue que je n'y croyais pas trop. Je dors mieux, j'avais de fréquentes interruptions de sommeil et désormais je passe des nuits plus sereines. Moins besoin de me lever aussi pour de petites urgences, ma vessie ne me crie plus ''au secours'' pour rien! J'ai aussi constaté d'autres améliorations intimes. C'est bien plaisant! Le seul truc qui n'a pas changé pour moi, ce sont les bouffées de chaleur, mais je vous encourage à essayer, cela peut fonctionner pour vous! Les gélules sont un peu grosses, mais prises avec un jus de fruit par exemple, ça passe tout seul. Essayez juste un flacon afin de vous faire votre propre avis, j'ai attendu d'avoir assez de jours de recul pour me faire un avis sur ce produit qui m'a été offert gratuitement pour que je l'essaie et donne mon opinion. En résumé : Un grand merci Butterly et Swiss Naturel de m'avoir permis d'essayer Menolibrium, c'est vraiment un traitement apaisant de plusieurs symptômes de la ménopause!

Great for hot flashes.

Easy to swallow, no need to take water with capsule. Bit of aftertaste when burping, but OK, not long lasting. Found it to be very effective re hot flashes.

Natures menopause helper

Thank you for the extra support! Found it really helpful especially at night with leg pain/restlessness and after a couple weeks I found myself sleeping a little longer each day and sleep is priceless!

Relief of most of my menopausal symptoms

Let's just start with saying I usually sleep between 3-4 hours interrupted sleep per night, I have colitis and I struggle with some serious hot flashes.

I was given the opportunity to try this product for free. !started taking these pills in an evening knowing that there probably wouldn't be any change before morning. Of course, I was right. Night two, I took my recommended dose (1 pill 2x a day), and went to sleep.

The next morning when I woke up I wasn't sure if I was dreaming, I opened my eyes to daylight instead of the darkness that I usually deal with. I turned to look at the clock and sure enough, it was just a few minutes before the alarm was to go off - I had slept through the night uninterrupted.

Since taking them, my hot flashes have greatly reduced, I'm sleeping through the night, dry skin is reduced and I'm able to focus on the project that I am working on without serious distractions.

Definitely will continue to use this product.

Helps with joint pain!

I have used this for almost 2 weeks now and I am happy to say that this has been helping me. I took 2 every morning.
I was having more joint pain than normal and noticed a difference within 5 days. My sleep pattern has also gotten better. It's to describe my hot flashes, as if I'm on burning on fire from my head to toes, I can say it hasn't been to that extent since using these capsules. I will definitely purchase the Swiss Natural again. Thank you.

A Good Supplement To Support Your Menopause

I received this supplement for free to give it a try. I was excited to try out a natural product that could help with my perimenopause symptoms. I am not a fan of pills but I was able to mix these in with my smoothie each day. I saw mild improvement of my symptoms. I found that I had improved sleep and felt less warm in the evenings. I also felt more mentally alert. I would consider buying it again but I would much prefer a gummy or powder.
