Wow it is a great product

I have using this for the last month and I am a believer. I like it I have noticed some improvements with my overall health. I recommend it to women who are just entering menopause or have been in it for a while like me.

Helped relieve stiff joints

I've recently began feeling symptoms associated with perimenopause but wasn't sure what to do. Aside from occasional hot flashes, my main concern was stiffness in my joints, mainly my fingers. Working with my hands, the stiffness was making it difficult for me to work. I started using this product and the results were great! Within a couple days, the discomfort associated from the stiffness was gone, and I was able to do my day-to-day tasks completely pain free. I am a 55 year old female currently experiencing severe menopausal symptoms. I have brain fog, hot flashes, joint pain, fatigue and sleeping problems. Finally !!

I am SO happy with this product ! I was on a low dose anti depressant for hot flashes , which worked for flashes although made me feel terrible , weight gain & vertigo !
The first night I started this product Menolibrium , I slept like a rock , not restless or waking up with hot flashes multiple times . I have had more energy , no hip pain & less hot flashes . I cannot say enough about it , I tell all my friends about it & will continue

I do believe it is helping

I suffer from so many things brought on by menopause. I do think that my sleep has improved from taking these as well as I have not had vertigo episode since I started taking them. I already purchased more. Definitely some incredible things packed into these pills. Easy to take.

Great product

Helps with hot flashes quite a bit. I do not get as many hot flashes anymore which is awesome . I like how easy it is to swallow the capsules. Great i just have to take two per day and that the ingredients are natural.Helps me with insomnia. I feel better getting more rest now.

Ladies, if there is one thing I can say about this, it would be.....buy it. My hot flashes are much less if not completely gone. My mood is so much better, and it's nice to ot have to take my hoodies off in front of my students!
