Simple to take and effective

Having taken this for over a week, I have found this product to be effective. Currently in menopause and experiencing insomnia and joint pain which seems to have improved somewhat.

I like the use of herbal ingredients

Swiss Natural Menolibrium was simple to incorporate into my routine with just two capsules a day. I like that it uses herbal ingredients and avoids sweeteners, dairy, gluten, and wheat. However, I was disappointed to find bovine gelatin in the capsules, as I prefer plant-based supplements. It's still early to tell how effective it is for managing symptoms, but I appreciate the natural formulation and will continue to see how it fits into my wellness routine.

Great for night sweats

I had the opportunity to try Swiss Naturel Menolibrium multi symptom herbal relief remedy with EstroG-100 for free.
I don't really have many symptoms of menopause except for nightsweats. I took Menolibrium twice a day as directed & felt like this actually helped with that. I did feel a slight bit of heartburn/nausea when first taking them, but it passed after 10 minutes or so. So for night sweats, I'd recommend giving Menolibrium a shot! (Always consult with your pharmacist before taking)

What a relief!

I am quite early on in my perimenopause journey so this was the first supplement I have tried. I am so thankful I have found it - my stress around this process has already been reduced knowing there is something that can help with the symptoms! In my case, the night sweats and insomnia were the most concerning, and I saw improvement within days of starting my Swiss Naturals herbal relief. It should be noted that I have also made some lifestyle changes that could be contributing to my improvement, but I’m convinced that this little pill is helping! Surprenant!

Après 24 jours d'utilisation, je suis assez surprise de certains bienfaits inattendus! J'avoue que je n'y croyais pas trop. Je dors mieux, j'avais de fréquentes interruptions de sommeil et désormais je passe des nuits plus sereines. Moins besoin de me lever aussi pour de petites urgences, ma vessie ne me crie plus ''au secours'' pour rien! J'ai aussi constaté d'autres améliorations intimes. C'est bien plaisant! Le seul truc qui n'a pas changé pour moi, ce sont les bouffées de chaleur, mais je vous encourage à essayer, cela peut fonctionner pour vous! Les gélules sont un peu grosses, mais prises avec un jus de fruit par exemple, ça passe tout seul. Essayez juste un flacon afin de vous faire votre propre avis, j'ai attendu d'avoir assez de jours de recul pour me faire un avis sur ce produit qui m'a été offert gratuitement pour que je l'essaie et donne mon opinion. En résumé : Un grand merci Butterly et Swiss Naturel de m'avoir permis d'essayer Menolibrium, c'est vraiment un traitement apaisant de plusieurs symptômes de la ménopause!

Helps a bit

I was able to try Swiss Natural Menolibrium. Which has the natural ingredient EstroG-100 which is supposed to relieve symptoms of menopause. I personally am just starting to show signs of early perimenopause, so these pills may not be that helpful for myself but for someone else who is a few more years in. I found these were easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Also helped with my brain fog and fatigue however I didn’t notice a change in my mood which is what I was hoping it would help with. I’m glad that it has natural ingredients and doesn’t make me feel awful. I would definitely try these again when I am experiencing more menopausal symptoms in a few years.

Great for those dealing with menopause

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, and I believe this product would be good for those women who are going through menopause and have to deal with annoying symptoms all the time. These pills would absolutely do the trick of relieving those pesky symptoms.

Great for hot flashes.

Easy to swallow, no need to take water with capsule. Bit of aftertaste when burping, but OK, not long lasting. Found it to be very effective re hot flashes.
