Swiss Natural Menolibrium with EstroG-100

I’ve been using Swiss Natural Menolibrium Multi-Symptom with EstroG-100® for a short time to help manage some common menopause symptoms, in particular hot flashes and sleep disturbances.

The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that they haven’t caused any side effects, which is always a plus. At the same time, I haven’t noticed any benefits yet. However, I know that for many natural plant-based products, benefits can take time and can be highly individual.

EstroG-100, a hormone-free blend of angelica, silk plant, and fireweed, can be a good alternative for anyone looking for support during menopause who would rather avoid hormone replacement therapy or pharmaceuticals

Being a 41 y/o mom who's in peri menopause I was looking for a natural supplement to support me on my pro aging journey and I'm so happy I had the opportunity to try Swiss Natural Menoilibrium. I received this product for free from Butterly to try and review. I was, and remain, intrigued and interested in this herbal relief therapy that claims to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, including: hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, mood balance, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness. Medicinal ingredients include: EstroG-100, giant angelica, Sok-dan, and Wilford's cynachum. (it is very interesting to look up more information on these ingredients! Herbal remedies are so fascinating! ) I have been taking 1 capsule, 2 times per day, over the last 2 weeks. I cannot definitively say that I have noticed any difference in any symptoms of menopause I may have experienced beforehand. This is so difficult to precisely figure out. However, it is possible that I have been sleeping better, because remaining asleep has been a problem for me. I am going to complete the remainder of the bottle to find out! I think it is worth trying these capsules to see if they may work for you.

Received this free sample for trial. Perhaps 14 days is not enough to determine whether it works well for everyone. I started to find that after 14 days, I was sleeping better. No more broken sleep. Worth it to try long term.

Increases my energy levels & mood through the day

Although I'm in early menopause, I don't experience all the symptoms that come along with it.  I love that this product is all natural. Contains no side effects, this product is drug-free and doesn't cause fluctuations in weight.   Recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily but I noticed that I could only take 1 capsule per day either in the morning or at lunch time.  It increases my energy levels and mood throughout the day and I feel so much better for it but if I take one either at dinner time or at bedtime, I have difficulty sleeping and staying sleeping.  Overall, I feel better when I take it.
