Good product but it did not work for me

Took this supplement for a few weeks, but honestly, I did not notice anything.
That being said, there were no side effects, and the capsules are very easy to swallow with no weird after taste.

It helps

After a month of trying the product, I feel like it has helped decrease my pain in my arthritic hands. I have been falling asleep a little easier. I do still wake up a few times during the night but I'm experiencing less intense hot flashes. I still get the hot flashes but not as bad and less often. The menopause symptoms do not disappear but any help is appreciated.

Reduced Night Sweats for the Win!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I will admit I was super skeptical at first because it sounded like it might be too good to be true. It purports to help with a whole bunch of symptoms and I can't speak for all of them, but my night sweats have definitely reduced since starting this supplement. I used to wake up literally in puddles every night and now it's way less wet and much less often. I'm not a medical professional, just relaying my own personal experience of the product. The pill size is easy to take and it's simple to include in with my other supplements. I will be continuing this supplement just for the less gross sleeps :)

I PURCHASED ANOTHER SUPPLY!

As a woman who is perimenopausal, I wondered why I was always feeling like absolute trash. After I got this sample, I took 2 capsules daily for 30 days and found MAJOR improvements in my overall wellbeing. I used to wake up soaked in sweat every night, which is no longer a problem. I had hormonal acne due to high levels of testosterone, now that’s under control. I had weird hair growth, it’s minimal now. This has literally changed my life. I’m 31 years old, diagnosed with secondary infertility due to early perimenopause and I’ve never felt more energetic, well-rested, or happier with my appearance than I do now because of this product. I just bought my first bottle after my 30 day sampler, and I am on a monthly subscription on Amazon for this product. So happy I found it.

Helps, but not a magic solution

I have been trying this as directed for two weeks now. I can definitely say that I have noticed a difference, but it’s not drastic for me at this time. That being said, the slight effects are not accompanied by any side effects at all. I’ve taken this on both an empty stomach and with food and it has not bothered me either time, which is excellent because one of my perimenopause symptoms has been pretty significant gastro-intestinal sensitivities. I can’t speak for help with hot flashes as I’ve been spared that (so far) but I’ve noticed that my mood has been lighter and my fatigue and brain fog has been better as well. I don’t think it’s going to be a quick fix for anyone, but as a tool in the kit, worth trying. I found I noticed it after about a week, it took a little time to feel like I was getting anything from it. Here’s hoping I notice more as time goes on!

I was skeptical

I didnt think this was going to help but After a couple weeks I noticed i was sleeping better and had less pain. I just really wish it would have helped me with the night sweats. Overall I think it's a a solid product and will most likely be purchasing it

I am impressed with this product.

It noticably helped with my symptoms including heat flashes, sweating for example.
I would highly recommend this product to women who suffer from perimenopause.
