Finally !!

I am SO happy with this product ! I was on a low dose anti depressant for hot flashes , which worked for flashes although made me feel terrible , weight gain & vertigo !
The first night I started this product Menolibrium , I slept like a rock , not restless or waking up with hot flashes multiple times . I have had more energy , no hip pain & less hot flashes . I cannot say enough about it , I tell all my friends about it & will continue
to use it !

So far so good!

I gave it a four stars because I have only had three weeks to try this. I have noticed some changes and I am eager to keep taking it to see if it gets better!
So far I have noticed it does help with my sleeping, which is one of the main perimenopausal symptoms I am suffering with. I love that it is a Canadian company and it is all natural. It doesn’t affect my body composition which is also amazing!

It helped with my hot flashes. Was nice not waking up in a full sweat and changing my clothing. Will be buying for sure again. Thank you so much. Also helped with sleep

I do believe it is helping

I suffer from so many things brought on by menopause. I do think that my sleep has improved from taking these as well as I have not had vertigo episode since I started taking them. I already purchased more. Definitely some incredible things packed into these pills. Easy to take.

Not the right product for me

After having my doctor review they feel that this product is not for me as I do not have any of the symptoms that this is for. I am not at this stage in my life yet.

Great product

Helps with hot flashes quite a bit. I do not get as many hot flashes anymore which is awesome . I like how easy it is to swallow the capsules. Great i just have to take two per day and that the ingredients are natural.Helps me with insomnia. I feel better getting more rest now.

Leaves a bad taste

Unfortunately I had to stop using the product. I guess the flavor of the herbs used kept coming up...tasting like curry or something really not pleasant. I'm guessing my stomach just didn't approve. I tried it for about a week, and didn't notice any changes in symptoms. Was really hoping to finally feel rested. But I definitely would suggest others try it. Who knows, it could be just me.

If menopause were a party, I’d like to formally decline the invite — but at least Swiss Natural Menolibrium is helping me crash it a little more gracefully.

This supplement is super easy to take (just two capsules a day), and there’s no funky aftertaste or digestive drama to report. I appreciate that it’s free of gluten, dairy, and wheat, because surprise inflammation is not on my wish list.

I’ve only been on it for a short while, so I won’t pretend it’s transformed my life overnight — but I’ve already noticed my sleep is less chaotic and the mood swings have leveled out just a bit (or at least I’m not growling at my plants anymore). I’m hopeful that with consistent use, the rest of the symptoms (hi, night sweats and joint pain) will start to chill out too.

Honestly, it feels good to have something natural in my corner during this hormonal rollercoaster. And the fact that it’s Canadian-made? Bonus points for supporting local wellness.

Helped me alot

I received this bottle for free in exchange for my honest review, and I wish I tried this sooner. Not only did it help me with my hot flashes at night but I felt that I was more relaxed and I guess less moody would be the proper word. I’m pleased with the results and will continue to purchase.

Meh

It is natural but I do not think it made much of a difference, in fact it seems to increase my hot flashes and fatigue. I took it for a few weeks and I found that it was causing me to be very gassy all the time. My sleep was very disturbed so it is another factor that I would not purchase this product.
