Feel lighter

I have been taking these for almost a month now, I feel better overall. Sleep has been better, mood and no more brain fog. I will be continuing these.

Wow it is a great product

I have using this for the last month and I am a believer. I like it I have noticed some improvements with my overall health. I recommend it to women who are just entering menopause or have been in it for a while like me.

Didn't provide results for me

Sad to say this didn't provide any noticeable results for me. I did not notice any difference in my menopause symptoms what so ever. Although it did not work for me personally doesn't mean others won't have success with this and should at least try it to see.

Helped relieve stiff joints

I've recently began feeling symptoms associated with perimenopause but wasn't sure what to do. Aside from occasional hot flashes, my main concern was stiffness in my joints, mainly my fingers. Working with my hands, the stiffness was making it difficult for me to work. I started using this product and the results were great! Within a couple days, the discomfort associated from the stiffness was gone, and I was able to do my day-to-day tasks completely pain free. I find that it's best to use it daily for continuous relief, because when I stopped using it, the stiffness did return after a few days. I will definitely keep using this daily! Highly recommend!

Pleasantly Surprised

So I was quite skeptical about this at first as I assumed WE as woman needed the pharmaceutical medication in order to deal with the DREADED Menopausal Symptoms… well let me tell you … I am pleased to inform you all this stuff works … no upset stomach , night sweats are fewer, hot flashes ( only had two lately ) and I’m even sleeping better .
I found it was better to take with food tho as the first few times I had heartburn but turns out it was just a flare up of my GERD so I haven’t had any other reactions .
I have ALREADY sent pics of the bottle to 6 friends who ALSO have said it works well for them so far . I am picking up another bottle soon as I’m down to like 4 days left .

This works!

I am a 55 year old female currently experiencing severe menopausal symptoms. I have brain fog, hot flashes, joint pain, fatigue and sleeping problems. Not sure if it really works

I am not sure if this product is working or not. I haven’t seen any difference in my moods. If anything my moods have gotten worse. I cannot have bad moods in my field.

A much needed boost

It has reduced night sweats and helped me sleep through the night. It has also reduced the fatigue. I feel I will need to continue to take it over a longer time period to see if helps with rheumatic pain.

I recieved this product for free. Thank you. I took as directed and finished the bottle. I'm not sure if it works. I feel it must be taken for a longer duration to determine that.
