Worth a try to feel better

I was selected to try out this product in exchange for my honest review. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and I can't really say if it has had any effect as I am not really experiencing the symptoms of full blown menopause all the time, I am experiencing perimenopause. However, I will say that I've been feeling pretty good lately, and maybe this has helped? I like that it's natural and herbal, and I can see how the ingredients could help . I'll continue to use it and will re-evaluate when the bottle runs out.

A Boost that is much appreciated

Being in pre-menopause, I have quite a few symptoms, and this product has given me a small boost to help me get through it. As much as we would love you not have to go through any, we can't deny it. I notice a difference when I forget to take my supplements, which shows it's working. I'm definitely going to keep taking some if it can help me through these times.

Great Menopause supplement

Natures menopause helper

Thank you for the extra support! Found it really helpful especially at night with leg pain/restlessness and after a couple weeks I found myself sleeping a little longer each day and sleep is priceless!

Relief of most of my menopausal symptoms

Let's just start with saying I usually sleep between 3-4 hours interrupted sleep per night, I have colitis and I struggle with some serious hot flashes.

I was given the opportunity to try this product for free. !started taking these pills in an evening knowing that there probably wouldn't be any change before morning. Of course, I was right. Night two, I took my recommended dose (1 pill 2x a day), and went to sleep.

The next morning when I woke up I wasn't sure if I was dreaming, I opened my eyes to daylight instead of the darkness that I usually deal with. I turned to look at the clock and sure enough, it was just a few minutes before the alarm was to go off - I had slept through the night uninterrupted.

Since taking them, my hot flashes have greatly reduced, I'm sleeping through the night, dry skin is reduced and I'm able to focus on the project that I am working on without serious distractions.

Definitely will continue to use this product.

I can finally sleep

I’m in my early 50’s and have been told I’m through menopause but this still helped. I’m able to sleep at night and not as hot! Love it! Oh and all natural!

Helps with joint pain!

I have used this for almost 2 weeks now and I am happy to say that this has been helping me. I took 2 every morning.
I was having more joint pain than normal and noticed a difference within 5 days. My sleep pattern has also gotten better. It's to describe my hot flashes, as if I'm on burning on fire from my head to toes, I can say it hasn't been to that extent since using these capsules. I will definitely purchase the Swiss Natural again. Thank you.
