Swiss Natural Total One

I tried this for a few weeks and couldn't handle taking it near the end. The taste is absolutely awful. I liked ha inf a multivitamin but the taste was a big no for me. Maybe fruit flavoured or something would be better

I received the Swiss Total One multivitamin & minerals free to test. The product sounds great, like it would improve my health. It didn't notice any taste to it but my mom who tried it along with me one day did. I thought the size of it was okay but she thought it was too big and it should be smaller. I can't provide much more details than that. I had to stop taking this product after a few days as I had a massive headache come on after taking it each day. As this was the only new thing in my routine, I decided to stop and the headaches didn't come back. I would have liked to continue but it seems like the product and I are not compatible.

Love a lot about it, but it didn’t work for me.

I really like a lot about this multivitamin. It’s an easy to swallow tablet - not too big and doesn’t taste awful. I like the breadth of the vitamins and minerals it contains. I wish it had Biotin for a beneficial impact on hair/skin/nails, but it offers a lot more than other multivitamins. I would find it easy to incorporate into my routine and taking it would feel like a positive step in my own health. Unfortunately, this vitamin did not sit well with me. It caused me to vomit when I took it. I tried taking it right before eating and after eating (it says to take it with food) and could not find a way to stomach it. I was really disappointed in that reaction because I was looking forward to assessing the impact of this vitamin on my daily health. It has a lot of beneficial things and I think it could be great for a lot of people. It just didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Ingredients are great but flavour is strong!

This multi vitamin and mineral has all the right ingredients. Unfortunately I just couldn’t stomach the flavour. It was too bitter for me. It also didn’t help that the caplets were pretty big. As a result, getting it down proved to be a big problem for me. If you can stomach the bitterness; it’s definitely worth it!
