After using Swiss Natural Total One for several weeks, I can say that it does seem to work. One of the most noticeable benefits is the boost in my daily stamina; I definitely feel more energetic and less sluggish by mid-afternoon. It contains a solid blend of essential nutrients specifically for women—like cranberry, folic acid, and iron—which is great for overall maintenance.

A huge plus for this multivitamin is the lack of "vitamin burps" or digestive upset. I’ve experienced no side effects at all, even when taking it on a slightly emptier stomach (though I still recommend taking it with food). The main reason for the 3-star rating is the cost. While the quality is high, the price is too high when compared to other reputable, high-quality brands.

Not sure of the difference

A really hard time taking these as they remind me a lot of the prenatal vitamins, which caused me to gag. I did take them even with that, but I didn’t really notice a difference. In my overall health or how I was feeling day today so I don’t know if it’s just me so I don’t know if I’d buy them in the future for the summer fact as I didn’t really notice the difference after a month of taking them, and because they were very hard for me to swallow because of my gag reflection to the pills. I would be inclined to try something else from that brand that maybe was in a different format. I also understand I have a severe gag response that resulted from my pregnancies.

Yes I take it once a day. It does feel like I'm doing something positive for my health, with all the healthy ingredients. It is just one capsule per day which is simple.

A Good Quality Women’s Supplement I Would Purchase

This is a high quality supplement suited to women’s specific nutritional needs and as a pharmacist I can say I would personally purchase this multivitamin. It has all the major vitamins, several important minerals which are actually not as common in many multivitamins and the “other ingredients” such as dried cranberry, lutein and zeaxanthin are a bonus. You also know a high quality supplement based on the non-medicinal ingredients which are few in this one. No artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
It is best to take multivitamins with meals and it’s so easy to pop one of these a day after breakfast or lunch!
I feel content adding one of these to my daily health routine.
I recommend you try it as well :)

Worth a shot

I'll start by saying I'm a 32 year old in relatively good health. While I've been testing a lot of multivitamins for the last couple of years, the one major issue I have with most brands is that they end up giving me dry mouth. This one absolutely solved that for me.
I haven't seen a massive difference in my overall health or well being yet, but on account of the fact that the most obvious side effect is gone, I find myself a LOT more amenable to continue using this.

This multivitamin was very easy to add to my daily routine. I like that it’s just one caplet a day, which makes it convenient and simple to stay consistent. Taking it feels like a positive step toward supporting my everyday wellness, and it fits naturally into my self-care routine.
