Fantastic finishing powder!

Long lasting, feels great on the skin and provides decent coverage. Love that it covers a bunch of shades and is in a super sturdy container. Nice smell.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Finishing Powder

It sustains the makeup on oily parts on my face for a more long lasting wear. Love that it smoothed out the fine lines my foundation creates. Applying too much will cause flashback so use a gentle hand while using a large fluffy brush.

Could be better

This is an okay finishing powder. It is the whitest powder i have applied on my face yet. When i dust off, it still leaves a little bit of a white cast. I think this product would work well for very fair people. Also the powder feels and looks a little different and weird than other finishing powders. I don't know how to explain- but it's kind of chalky?

Very powdery, not good for dry skin

I find this powder kicks up a lot of dust, and I feel like I am breathing it in as I put on my makeup. Also, the powder is very matte, and I find that if I don't use a setting spray, I look like a ghost.

Not worth the hype

I purchased this to see if I would like it better than my usual setting powder as I heard so many great things about it. Unfortunately, this just doesn't work for me. It's a little too soft and I felt like it was really sticking to any spots where I have freckles or any dry patches, even if I primed. I felt like I was constantly reapplying throughout the day and I ended up using way more product because of it.

I got a sample size of this in my monthly beauty box subscriptions. I really like it, it feels so soft & works well. It's not the easiest to tap out though.

Wow!

This powder is amazing! It's almost magical! I have oily skin and I usually need to repowder my face a few times throughout the day, but with this, even on a very humid and sticky day, no touch up needed! Wow! My skin stays nice and feels velvety. The powder has a light and pleasant scent to it. I absolutely love everything about it!!

Decent powder

While I apply it I enjoyed it, was very soft on the face. However I didn't find it long lasting and sunk into face creases. I also found a lot was wasted trying to get it out of the jar and tapping off of a brush.

A very light finishing powder that leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. I am messy when it comes to loose powders, hence the lower rating since it tends to get everywhere, but it does work really well and leaves the skin looking lovely and feeling gorgeous.

I'm not sure if I have used this product correctly...I have oily skin and I thought it was gonna help me to set up my foundation and matify my skin, but it didn't. After 30 minutes, my ''shiny face'' was coming back. I usually love Tarte products, but I believe this one is just not for me...
